澳門大學與行政公職局共同合辦《數據共享開放與政府管理創新》講座，邀請了阿里雲創始人、中國工程院院士王堅和浙江工商大學校長、浙江大學公共管理學院院長郁建興，分別就「城市大腦與城市治理」及「當代中國的數據治理」議題作出演講，分享實踐經驗，並與與會者進行探討交流。
行政法務司司長張永春致辭時表示，行政長官高度重視電子政務工作的規劃和落實，明確指示要打破公共部門間存在「信息孤島」的問題。公共部門數據開放及部門間的數據共享，直接影響到公共服務的水平，必須充分應用當前最先進的科技手段，認真借鑒其他城市的成功經驗，推動澳門智慧政府、智慧交通、智慧醫療及智慧旅遊。
為配合特區政府的電子政務工作，澳門大學與行政公職局冀藉著是次講座，透過專家學者從數據技術及政府管理應用的視角作講解，讓與會者有新的視野及思維，促進公共部門的資料互聯互通，推進創新的政府管理。
講座於澳大大學會堂舉行，出席者包括特區政府主要官員辦公室顧問、各公共部門的領導及主管人員約200多名。
The University of Macau (UM) and the Public Administration and Civil Service Bureau (SAFP) jointly organised a lecture on data sharing and innovation in government management. About 200 people, including government consultants and heads of various public departments, attended the lecture. Wang Jian, founder of Alibaba Cloud and member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, and Yu Jianxing, president of Zhejiang Gongshang University and dean of the School of Public Administration at the university, spoke at the event. Wang talked about ‘city brain’ and urban governance, while Yu discussed data governance in contemporary China.
